Account and Data Deletion Request

If you have access to your account, the fastest way is to delete it directly inside the app:

Delete from within the app

  1. Sign in to your MathNative account.
  2. Open Profile.
  3. Go to Security.
  4. Under Delete account, enter your current password and confirm.

Can't sign in? Submit your request by email

Enter the email address associated with your account and choose what you want deleted.

Request type

What data is deleted

  • Profile data associated with your account.
  • Authentication credentials for your account.
  • Content and records linked to your account, subject to platform integrity and legal obligations.

Retention period

Deletion is processed immediately. Minimal operational records may be retained for up to 30 days for security, fraud prevention, backup recovery, or legal compliance.
